The international pattern is a manifestation of the development of international relations and the comparison of international forces. Once the international pattern is formed, it will remain relatively stable and continue to function for a certain period of time, but the international pattern is not static. A deep understanding of the changes and changes in the international structure will help us to define our strategic direction and enhance our strategic strength in international affairs.
Looking at the current international landscape, we can see that it is always intertwined and unchanged. At present, the situation in which Western developed countries have an advantage in economic science and technology has not fundamentally changed, but the strength of developing countries has continued to grow and the international power has been accelerated. In the past decades, despite the changing international situation, the theme of the era of peace and development has not changed. The mainstream appeal of the international community is not war, but peace, development, and cooperation. At the same time, the world is not peaceful, and the international community is facing Global challenges such as war, turmoil, poverty, large-scale disease, climate change, and environmental protection are emerging. Economic development is a ballast stone for the stability of the international community. In the past 30 years, the development of the world economy has both favorable factors for promoting growth and many difficulties, and technological progress and innovation are accumulating tremendous energy for promoting change. A deep understanding of the changes and changes in the international structure will not only be able to establish its own goals more scientifically and objectively, but also contribute to the wisdom of the international community and promote the cooperation of the international community in adapting to the trend of the times.
XXThe cooperation of developing countries themselves has also developed in depth. Since the 1980s, the developing countries have set off a new upsurge in cooperation. The African Union, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, and the BRICS countries have continued to develop and play an increasingly important role in promoting the transformation of the global governance system and the evolution of international rules. The status and role of the vast number of developing countries in the international arena have been continuously improved, and the power of some developing countries in the international economic system and the global governance system has been significantly improved. As the developing countries strengthen their own strength and strengthen mutual cooperation, their status and role in the international structure will be further enhanced.
The next 10 years will be the 10 years of accelerated evolution of international power, and the international landscape will also undergo greater changes. China will continue to play the role of a responsible big country, grasp the law of historical development, conform to the trend of the times, actively participate in the reform and construction of the global governance system, oppose unilateralism and hegemonism, adhere to multilateralism and democratization of international relations, and build a new type of international relations. Building a community of human destiny constantly injects positive energy.
